Sales Executives (Omnichannel)
Job Description:
Our client is a leading fashion brand based in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. They specialise in creating unique and trendy clothing for both men and women. Their goal is to provide customers with high-quality fashion pieces that make them stand out in the crowd. Our client is currently looking for a Sales Executive (Omnichannel) to join our team and help drive revenue across our walk-in and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue across both walk-in and online channels.
2. Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
4. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
7. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
8. Manage inventory and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed in an attractive manner.
9. Prepare sales reports and present them to management on a regular basis.
10. Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and explore potential partnerships to expand the brand's reach.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales software.
7. Knowledge of omnichannel sales techniques and strategies.
8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
9. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
