Our client is a leading fashion brand based in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. They specialise in creating unique and trendy clothing for both men and women. Their goal is to provide customers with high-quality fashion pieces that make them stand out in the crowd. This is a contract role that requires a candidate with exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.


As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing executive calendars, aligning priorities, and coordinating daily operations with precision. You will be responsible for tracking key business actions, ensuring consistent follow-through and accountability, and supporting reporting and documentation. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in maintaining a seamless flow of communication between leadership and teams, driving clarity, reducing bottlenecks, and strengthening execution discipline across all functions.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

- Align priorities and coordinate daily operations with precision

- Track key business actions and ensure consistent follow-through and accountability

- Support reporting and documentation, including preparing presentations and reports

- Serve as a bridge between leadership and teams, driving clarity and reducing bottlenecks

- Strengthen execution discipline across all functions

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the executives


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary

- Previous experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry is a plus
